• 1 package Old El Paso™ Quesadilla Kit which includes 8 soft corn &wheat tortillas, 1 tomato sauce, 1 seasoning mix
• 500g of chicken

how to do
Prepare the chicken: Dice the chicken into small cubes. Add a splash of oil to a hot pan and stir-fry the chicken until thoroughly cooked. Add the Old El Paso Spice Mic for Quesadillas and 100mL of water and bring to boil. Let it simmer for an extra couple of minutes.
Create your Quesadillas: Remove the chicken form the pan and put to one side. Clean the pan carefully (hot), then get it back on the heat. When it’s nice and hot, put one of the soft corn and wheat tortillas flat in the pan. Sprinkle over the grated cheese & Old El Paso Think’n’Chunky Salsa and leave until the cheese melts. Add the chicken to half of the tortilla and then fold in half it makes a little parcel.
Slice it up and dig-in: Slice the Quesadilla into generous wedges and serve it up immediately. Quesadillas are great for sharing. Serve them up on their own. or with a freshly made salad and dig-in.
